COMMENTS: The project is designed to improve drainage for a planned airport expansion. The existing storm water drainage along the taxiway will be extended to Pond Creek. Stream widening is planned. A one step removal process will be conducted and no fill will be placed in the floodplain. Therefore this project will have a negligible flood impact and no backwater effect. The end result of the project will be improved storm water removal from the airport.
